Curtis and his team went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep. It took a little longer than expected but they communicated well and even was able to get me a loaner vehicle for a night to accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend them!

Global Auto gets five stars for me they are wonderful people to work with they get you in and out without a problem. Not only that where else can you get a loaner car while yours is being worked on that was the kicker for me wonderful wonderful place especially if you have a foreign car.

Brett was our hero today!! Upon reaching our hotel, I realized my drivers license and credit card were missing from the top of the center console. My son figured they had slid down a narrow slit and there was no way to retrieve them. I found Global Auto, gave them a call to see if they could help and they said come on over. Brett assessed the situation, got the right tool to remove a panel of the console and there were the missing items. After putting the piece back in place, he said no charge. I am impressed by how quickly he performed this work and overwhelmed by his great kindness.

I am a previous satisfied customer. I made a call on 4/27 describing an issue and asking if they would be able to run a scan to detail my engine issue. They were kind enough to work me in the next afternoon. A thorough investigation identified a problem with my Hyundai that had a service bulletin on the issue. They were kind enough to contact a dealership in Ft. Wayne who agreed the next day to get me in and fix the problem ahead of a long trip scheduled for wedding attendance. I was very satisfied with the attention and service that Brett and other staff were able to provide. I highly recommend.
